The Pilates Rolling Exercises
Rolling exercises are unique to the Pilates Method. And I just love them! They are truly some of my favorite exercises to do. I fully nerd out on the continual perfection of a smooth rolling action.
My rolling changes as other exercises/concepts in the Pilates system steadily improve. What was smooth yesterday may prove even more effortless today…or NOT. Special thanks to Anula Maiberg of Sixth St. Pilates for her rolling inspiration in the above photo.
