Hi and thanks for visiting my site.

I have been in love with the Pilates Method since I took my first session in 2000.  While working in the theatre in Washington, DC I had the opportunity to receive a full certification through Excel Movement Studios. In 2004, I relocated to beautiful Solana Beach and completed a second certification through Romana's Pilates, following the lineage of Romana Kryzanowska, world-renowned master teacher and protégé of Joseph Pilates.  

ABOUT TRUE PILATES

I have seen wonderful results from Pilates in my own body. It continues to keep me engaged and challenged, strengthening my body and correcting imbalances.  I feel energized and for an hour I can stay focused on the "right now" instead of all the other life-stuff I have on my to-do list.
