Happy Valentine’s Day Pilates Lovers 🙂
Years ago, when I first started my YouTube Channel, I filmed a series of mini Mat workouts: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc… all the way to a full Mat workout in 30 minutes.
Nearly all of these old Mat workouts feature my bestie, my partner-in-all-crimes, and biz-assistant extraordinaire, JoJo.
If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll recognize JoJo in a handful of my Pilatesology videos as well.
Since October 2021, JoJo has been reinvesting in his Pilates workout, in his powerhouse, and today we are reunited in this new Valentine’s Day mini-Mat workout for you.
It’s just 5 minutes – 8ish exercises – and yes! we will hug it out before and after the workout.
I prefer my Pilates exercises with an extra side of love.
Thank you so much for all the love you’ve shown over the years to these Mat workout videos – the 5-minute one has nearly 10K views!
And boy do they need a lighting upgrade – I think it is the 10-minute workout that looks like we are in a vaudeville show with footlights and tons of shadows LOL
So grab a good friend, dust off your Mat, and get sweaty together.
