The Countdown to March MATness 2015

The Countdown to March MATness 2015

Can you feel the excitement in the air?

March MATness, now in its 3rd year, is the brainchild of Benjamin Degenhardt.

It’s a celebration

March MATness is an annual global awareness campaign to promote the Pilates Mat work. Each day during the month of March I’ll be sharing one Mat exercise via the blog.

Get ready, my darlings…

We’ll start on March 1 with The Hundred.

I know you’ll want to play along. I challenge you to do a little bit of Mat every day. You just might start a habit.

GOOD one.

For example, you might choose to add 1 more exercise each day:

Day 1: Do The Hundred and feel virtuous.

Day 2: Do The Hundred and The Roll Up before you begin your busy day.

Et cetera…

Done in a flash, right?

Increase the number of exercises as we journey through March and by the end of the month you’ll have a complete workout at your fingertips.

Want a little more?

Check out my video workouts: choose the one that suits you best each day.

Only have 5 minutes? Awesome!

There’s a video workout in 10, 15, 20, and the full mack-daddy workout in 30. Enjoy!

The Gift of Movement

Joseph Pilates has given us a true gift we can employ to create optimum health for ourselves. The Mat exercises are accessible to everyone, elegant in their simplicity and always effective.

No fancy equipment necessary.

Just you.

And your Mat.

Moving.

I realize more each day the beauty of the Pilates exercises. You just have to do them.

Ah, the power of repetition!
