I love that you point out how rolling like a ball is your first progress assessment. It’s good to have goals. And since I believe my attempts at leaving another comment on your order post may have been thwarted by the cyber gods, I must pay you compliments on the rolling stone image, it’s just perfect!
Thank you so much Eliza – and thank you for your perseverance in leaving a comment ๐ Yes, you can be a rolling stone by the time you make to the crab…! Thank you for reading!
Thank you, I needed that. After being sick for two weeks and now out of town and away from the studio, this was just what I needed…a little kick in the tush. Merry Christmas!
Michele, Thank you so much for watching and glad I could be of help. I have been out of town for a few days as well and finally got down on the floor today to workout. We all need a kick in the tush when we are away from the studio…and sometimes even in the studio – LOL. Have a great holiday and long live the Pilates Mat!
Hi Andrea,
I am loving your 20 mins a day matwork. I have working at it consistently now for 16 days and I am learning so many new things about my body. I am currently struggling with the Open Leg Rocker and Teaser but this purely because I realise now that I have not been properly connection with my abdominals and I have not been in the precarious stomach balance position! I am definitely getting there and I am feeling stronger than ever before. A million thanks to you for writing your brilliant inspiring blogs and for your fab video blog. I am currently in the process of organising a workshop at my studio with Amy Kellow who you know, as I am desperate to learn more in depth classical mat. Look forward to your next blog x

Sometimes they are not pretty, but they are effective. I I thank you so much for your kind words about my blog – more videos to come I promise including the big mack-daddy 30 minute mat workout with all the exercises – wowza.

Hi Madeline ๐
Thanks so much for reading and enjoying my Mt workout – yes, even just a few exercises can get be quite thorough. For the the exercises included in this 20 minute version of the Mat, I kept all the regular exercises and really just edited/omitted for time.
Keep up the good work, and have an awesome workout! xo
