  1. I love that you point out how rolling like a ball is your first progress assessment. It’s good to have goals. And since I believe my attempts at leaving another comment on your order post may have been thwarted by the cyber gods, I must pay you compliments on the rolling stone image, it’s just perfect!

We all need a kick in the tush when we are away from the studio…and sometimes even in the studio – LOL. Have a great holiday and long live the Pilates Mat!

    I am loving your 20 mins a day matwork. I have working at it consistently now for 16 days and I am learning so many new things about my body. I am currently struggling with the Open Leg Rocker and Teaser but this purely because I realise now that I have not been properly connection with my abdominals and I have not been in the precarious stomach balance position! I am definitely getting there and I am feeling stronger than ever before. A million thanks to you for writing your brilliant inspiring blogs and for your fab video blog. I am currently in the process of organising a workshop at my studio with Amy Kellow who you know, as I am desperate to learn more in depth classical mat. Look forward to your next blog x

There are some really challenging ones in there and I love that just by the doing of them, the struggle that we have still results in our bodies feeling good. Sometimes they are not pretty, but they are effective. I I thank you so much for your kind words about my blog – more videos to come I promise including the big mack-daddy 30 minute mat workout with all the exercises – wowza.

        Still having fun with your mat routine, most days I do it from memory but the says that I need a little more encouragement I switch you and Jo and on and you make me smile!       Thanks so much for reading and enjoying my Mt workout – yes, even just a few exercises can get be quite thorough. For the the exercises included in this 20 minute version of the Mat, I kept all the regular exercises and really just edited/omitted for time.
