Little does your husband know what’s in store for him – LOL…yes, please let me know your progress…Joe is now working on getting ready for our 15 minute video and working up to the full mat…we laugh because he does his best descending to the mat and coming back up to standing only when we are filming 🙂

  3. Good idea Judy! I will show my hubby this one too…I love the pre and post workout hugs. It gives me the idea that Pilates is the equivalent of giving oneself a hug.
