Benjamin has organized a team of Pilates MMbassadors, myself being one, to guide and inspire you all month long and beyond.
I urge you to join us on the Mat. Whether you’re looking to start a new habit, or resurrect a workout regimen from years ago, we are here to help you get the most out of your body and your life using the Pilates Mat exercises.
Just a few minutes a day can make a difference.
If you are new to Pilates or a daily workout, an entire workout may seem daunting.
Not to worry.
Start with just one exercise and it will be done in less than a minute. Seize one minute of your day to better your health. Pick the first moment of your morning and revel in your accomplishment for the rest of the day.
Do your exercise every day, and then maybe one day you’ll add another exercise. The effects of Pilates are cumulative, so after a little while you may even look forward to your few minutes of daily Pilates.
Joseph Pilates has given us a true gift we can employ to create optimum health for ourselves. The Mat exercises are accessible to everyone, elegant in their simplicity and always effective.
No fancy equipment necessary.
Just you.
And your Mat.
Moving.
I realize more each day the beauty of the Pilates exercises. You just have to do them.

No excuses…my March MaTness began this morning with a bath towel & a hotel floor in Marrakech! You really can do Pilates anywhere!

Well, this is another welcome invitation. I’ve gotten a little off track in my pursuit of space. A worthy departure from the plan, but a departure all the same. Perhaps joining the crowd is just what I need to keep myself honest…I’m in!
